Last weekend we were at a Winter Penn Oaks Golf Club Wedding wedding with Maria and Mitch. Our job is to capture the day but do it in a way that makes you feel like you’re there. We want you to feel the emotion of the day and capture the events beyond just a snap shot. Today it was super simple. From the moment we walked in it was laughter and smiles and it didn’t end till the very end of the night. Maria made a comment at the very end while we’re doing our night portraits that was so true. She mentioned that it felt like we were all friends and I completely agree. From their arboretum engagement session in the Summer heat to numb hands in the Winter our time together has been perfect!
Mitch proposed last December at Longwood so they’re no strangers to the cold weather. In fact, he’s from New York just outside of Canada so this weather probably felt like home. Somehow along the way this New York boy met a Columbus Ohio girl. They gained a few cats, became Packers fans and planned one kick ass wedding. Here are a few of my favorites from their wedding day.
