Jordan & Lael’s Rockwood Park Wedding Photos
The most photogenic models, an English-style country estate, and lots of love in the air – that’s what I got while photographing Jordan and Lael’s wedding portraits session! And man! What a lovely experience it was. My beautiful couple got married at the in a private ceremony because, just like many other couples, they had to cancel their big wedding plans due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, they didn’t want to miss out on the opportunity of documenting their special moments together through photos and creating memories to cherish forever. That’s why they scheduled their wedding portraits with me at Rockwood Park, (Carriage House at Rockwood Park) and I’m glad that they did. Because the wedding attire might be stashed away in some corner of the closet and the flowers will wilt, but when you turn the pages of your wedding photo album, chances are the happy memories will come rushing back to you and fill your heart with joy. And to ensure that Jordan and Lael get their share of memories to treasure for years to come, together we created some dreamy wedding portraits amid the leafy avenues and arboreal splendor that the venue had on offer. The images came out just as I had envisioned them – gorgeous!
Carriage House At Rockwood Park Wedding Photography
It was a beautiful spring day, and I had a very relaxed and laid-back portrait session with Jordan and Lael. Flowers were blooming in all corners, while Rockwood Park provided us with picturesque nooks to create mesmerizing images. We started in the greenhouse and got some amazing images of the couple there, but it got hot in there pretty quick. Then, we went around the Carriage House and I captured all the spring photos for Jordan and Lael. The Carriage House at Rockwood Park is a beautifully maintained property that offers a unique and historic setting for weddings or any other special events. The soothing greenery all around, beautiful lighting, and the dreamy garden paths lined with shrubs and rocks – everything added so much charm to my couple’s portraits.
What was my high point during the shoot? Capturing the magic as Jordan and Lael seemed lost in their own little world. If anyone saw them at that moment, they’d without a doubt agree that these two were meant to be together! If I had to tell you about the perks of being a wedding photographer, well, being in the company of such lovely couples would definitely be one of them. Getting a chance to witness couples experiencing those beautiful emotions as they celebrate their union is something unique to my profession. I feel extremely fortunate and honored every time I get such an opportunity to document these moments for my lovely couples on my camera. And with a couple like Jordan and Lael, these experiences become even more special!
